In Greek mythology, poetry, and literature are the goddesses or spirits who inspire the creation of literature and the arts. The muses were considered the source of the knowledge, related orally for centuries in the ancient culture, that was contained in poetic lyrics and myths.
Inspiration is all around us. What inspires you? Who is your Muse?
My Grandmothers were very much mine, inspiring me to create and
daydream. Nana loves butterflies and angels. Her home is still full of them
today. She was always the fashion plate, with closets full of clothes and shoes jewelry boxes filled to the brim. She was a dancer in the 40’s & did floor shows with her Father. My Dolly was a more conservative woman, but loved to sew, was an avid bird watcher, gardener & dog lover. She could name the species of every bird in her garden. She did the LA Times crossword puzzle every day and rarely could not complete it. Both were good bakers. Nana decorated beautiful cakes while Dolly always kept home made cookies in a simple jar that I use to this day in my home for cookies. Much of what I gravitate to today is the result of these two women and it is reflected in my work.
This Blog is dedicated to inspiration. May it serve as an out to my inspiration and may it in turn inspire you. My hope is to be your “Winged Muse”.

Art is not just what I do, it is who I am. I Love My Family & Friends...look for the good in ALL people. Life is too short to not be True to yourself. I LOVE living by embracing who I am and accepting others for who they are.
Aren't we all as women, just everything?
How many hats do you wear? Roles and responsibilities do you have?
This little photo is to remind each of us
of how wonderful and "everything" that we are!
Be Fabulous!
Thank you very, very much!
